The hotel offers a neat and clean environment with nice rooms and all the required amenities, though some areas were smelly and not very pleasant. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The location is near the shopping sector and there is good communication with well-trained personnel. The dining experience is exciting with Indian dishes and a hospitality touch, but limited cookies were provided. The overall facilities are up to standard.

The hotel offers nice and clean rooms equipped with a mini bar and digital locker, although the room size we stayed in was a bit small, including a limited-size bathroom, suitable for both personal and professional visits. The service, while not up to RAMADA standard, had some issues with additional payment requests, but the location is excellent, next to Shivaji Nagar bus stand. The dining experience was somewhat good, especially at breakfast, with Indian dishes. Overall, a convenient choice with a few drawbacks.

The service stood out for their good services, humble and friendly behavior, particularly impressive during check-in, room service, and in the restaurant. The location is ideally situated in the heart of the city, close to various landmarks like MG road, Indian Express Circle, and Cunningham Road. The dining experience offered a good spread with fresh Indian dishes. Overall, the hotel provides a pleasant stay with good food, but some areas could be improved.
